R.O.T

(Running Outta Time)

A WIP auto-running platformer, you must travel through time to escape the clutches of an evil agency.

About:

R.O.T is a project where I was given the opportunity to lead a team of 10 people. This project has been in the works for the past month and a half and is currently still a work in progress.

It’s been a really interesting learning opportunity enabling me to try my hands at coding, animating in Unity, level design, and cutscene implementation.

This labor of love has taught me so much that I will continue to use throughout the rest of my career.

I cannot wait for it to be fully released to the public.

What I learned:

  • How to implement cutscenes inside of a Unity scene

  • How to animate through Unity animation function and using sprite sheets to create the system

  • How to properly lead a team and break up individuals into groups in order to manage workload
